Refund policy

 

Actors G.Y.M Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy — Red Lens

1. Bookings
All Actors G.Y.M bookings—single sessions or full terms—apply only to the dates confirmed at purchase.

2. No Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable, including individual classes, term bookings, and all confirmed dates.

3. No Transfers or Carry-Overs
Bookings must be used on the confirmed dates. Sessions cannot be transferred, rescheduled, moved to other programme cycles, or carried over to future terms.

4. Cancellations by Red Lens
Red Lens Consultancy Ltd may cancel a class if participant numbers are not viable or if unforeseen circumstances arise. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled session(s).

5. Extenuating Circumstances
Refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered only in exceptional cases and solely at Red Lens Consultancy Ltd’s discretion.

6. Subscription Disclaimer
You must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date. If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the subscription payment will still be taken.

7. Other Services
Actors G.Y.M Merch, Glow Up and Lens on You products and service packages are governed by their own contractual cancellation and refund terms
