Red Lens is building a network of Associate Performance Coaches who believe performance can change lives. We use the methodologies of acting, rehearsal, storytelling and feedback to help people build confidence, communication and creative skills, whether they’re preparing for an audition, a presentation, a leadership role or a new creative opportunity.

We’re looking for actors, facilitators and creative practitioners who enjoy developing others and want to be part of a growing creative ecosystem that includes Actors G.Y.M, Lens On You, Life’s A Pitch and future original productions.
This is ideal for people who:
- Have professional or substantial performance experience
- Enjoy coaching or facilitating
- Are curious about confidence and communication
- Can create a supportive, energising environment
- Want flexible freelance work alongside their creative career
What you’ll do
- Deliver or support workshops and training sessions
- Facilitate warm-ups, exercises and performance activities
- Provide constructive feedback
- Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute ideas to future programmes and productions

Delivery rates
- Training sessions: £12–£15/hr
- Co-delivery: £18–£22/hr
- Independent delivery: £25–£35/hr
