Terms of service

 

1. Bookings

1.1. Bookings can be made online at https://www.red-lens.co.uk or via private invoice.

1.2. Full payment must be made to secure booking or event (Deposits and Instalment payment options available where applicable).

1.3. Bookings are non-transferable to another course or another participant.

 

1.4 Booking Usage

1.4.1 ‘Actors G.Y.M’ and ‘Lens On You’ PAYG and block bookings must be used within 6 months of purchase.

1.4.5 When booking ‘Actors G.Y.M BIRMINGHAM 10 Session Block’ (SKU: AGB10BLOCK) – redemption can be made at Birmingham branch only.

1.4.6 When booking ‘Actors G.Y.M SOLIHULL 10 Session Block’ (SKU: AGBs10BLOCK) – redemption can be made at Solihull and Birmingham branch.

 

2. Payment, Subcriptions & Installment Policy

We offer the following payment options at checkout:
• Pay in Full – Pay the total amount at checkout.
• Pay in Three – Split your purchase into 3 monthly payments (subject to eligibility and provider approval).
• Pay As You Go – Pay per session or use, where available.

Installment payments are provided by Shopify-supported payment providers and are subject to their terms and approval. Missed payments may result in loss of access to services.

 

3. Cancellation

Classes and/or Events may be cancelled by Red Lens Consultancy Ltd if it fails to attract a viable number of participants or if unforeseen circumstances occur. Full refunds will be made in these circumstances.


4. Refunds

‘Actors G.Y.M’ classes and ‘Lens On You’ sessions are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date where appropriate. In the event of extenuating circumstances refunds will be made, but always at the discretion of Red Lens Consultancy Ltd.

Glow Up products and packages are bound by contract. Cancellation/refund terms will be detailed within them.


5. Child Protection and Safeguarding

We have a clear commitment to child protection and the safeguarding of our members is of the highest priority.

All staff are required to hold an Enhanced Clearance via the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service, formerly Criminal Records Bureau or CRB).

 

6. Content

Red Lens Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to alter the advertised programme without prior notice. The information in this and other material at the time of going to press or posting online.

 

7. Personal Property

Red Lens Consultancy Ltd does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to clothing or property.

 

8. COVID-19

We believe that COVID-19 should not, and will not prevent anyone of their learning achievements so Red Lens Consultancy Ltd. is pleased to offer online options as well as in person sessions.

Online 1:1s will be held over Zoom/Google Meets; an app that can be downloaded onto any device.  The app is packed with an array of features. Lessons can be recorded, there is screen sharing, file sharing and no delay in sound allowing you to talk very clearly. Plus, it is free! Before your initial online lesson, your Personal Trainer of Acting will contact you on the day to check that you are set up, ready and how to proceed.

In person sessions – Held in accordance with government guidelines. When booking we may ask you to complete a Covid -19 acknowledgment form before your session. Please let us know if you wish to have your lesson online or in person.
