Lens On You | Coaching Plans

Lens on You - your private classroom and safe space to step out of your comfort zone.

These sessions strip back your mental and physical habits, you will practice acting techniques to refocus the mind. Each session increases your self awareness to allow full control and commitment so you leave a lasting impression with your performance.

Choose your plan and we will be in touch via email with a Pre-Screening Form to complete and Coach availability to book in your first session.

Red Plan:

Duration: 4 weeks or 2 weeks

Sessions: 2 sessions or 1 session per week (total of 4 sessions)

Silver Plan:

Duration: 4 weeks or 8 weeks

Sessions: 2 sessions or 1 session per week (total of 8 sessions)

Gold Package:

Duration: 6 weeks or 12 weeks

Sessions: 2 sessions or 1 session per week (total of 12 sessions)

Lens on You sessions are delivered online via video conferencing platforms, in-person sessions are also available.
